His Holiness Catholicos Aram I raised the issue of the Artsakh blockade and its dire consequences for the 120,000 indigenous people of Artsakh during the feast organized in his honor by the Canadian ambassador to Lebanon on Thursday, August 17th, 2023, where other ambassadors were also present.The international community should take concrete steps to prevent another genocide, he said, reiterating the imperative of lifting the blockade immediately.
His Holiness also talked about the delayed Lebanese presidential election.
