On April 4th, 2023, His Holiness Catholicos Aram I received the newly-formed committee of the Youth Department of the Holy See of Cilicia, headed by their spiritual advisor V. Rev. Fr. Zaven Najarian. They presented their forthcoming projects, including three regional youth conferences.
The Youth Department was established in 2004 by His Holiness Aram I. It aims at bridging the gap between the youth and the church through various activities, seminars, conferences, diocesan gatherings, publications, and other forms of events. After the pandemic halted its activities, the Youth Department returns this year with a newly formed committee, including former members and fresh faces.
