A delegation representing the Middle East Council of Churches, headed by the Secretary General Dr. Michel Abs, visited His Holiness Catholicos Aram I, on Friday, March 11th, 2022.

The delegation gave a general overview of the MECC’s activities and future plans, and invited His Holiness to deliver his speech at the MECC General Assembly, which will take place in Egypt.

Welcoming the visitors, the Catholicos stressed the imperative of giving new impetus to the MECC and its programs, especially in light of the regional challenges.
