On Saturday, March 12th, His Holiness Aram I received Fresno’s Honorary Consul of Armenia Berj Apkarian, on whose initiative, a week ago, a team of eight physicians, known as the Fresno Medical Mission, traveled to Lebanon to assist the medical needs of the Armenian community.

During the meeting Apkarian briefed His Holiness on their activities and forthcoming plans, and in turn, the Catholicos highly commended their efforts and extended his blessings.

It is noteworthy to mention that Fresno Medical Mission had also carried out their mission in Armenian and Artsakh.
