His Holiness Catholicos Aram I focused on the imperative of strengthening tolerance in the ecumenical dialogue in his article for the special volume dedicated to Christian-Muslim dialogue. The special edition volume is the initiative of the Argentinian State and brought to fruition by His Holiness Pope Francis.

During his pontifical visits to Egypt, Iraq and Dubai, the Pope has underlined the important role of interreligious dialogue in general and Christian-Muslim dialogue in particular in fostering coexistence between and within religions, societies and nations. This volume sheds light on the Pope’s significant contribution in this regard.

Contributing authors include Patriarch Bartholomew I of Constantinople, the Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby, among numerous other international political and religious leaders.
