On Monday, July 31st, 2023, His Holiness Catholicos Aram I received the Armenian Ambassador to Lebanon. His Excellency Mr. Vahagn Atebekyan.
His Holiness informed Atabekyan of the statements to be issued within the ecumenical movement regarding Artsakh, especially by the World Council of Churches and the Middle East Council of Churches. In turn, the Ambassador informed His Holiness on the recent developments in Armenia and Artsakh.
