On Saturday, February 18^th, 2023, His Holiness Catholicos Aram I received the Armenian Revolutionary Federation’s AYF Junior Organization in Lebanon, headed by its committee and directors, and accompanied by the ARF Lebanon Central Committee Chair MP Hagop Pakradouni.

The aim of the visit was to receive His Holiness’ blessings and launch the centennial anniversary of the AYF Junior Organization. 

The children were warmly welcomed by the Catholicos who recounted that the Birds’ Nest Orphanage, which is under the auspices of the Catholicosate, was the center of the awakening of the orphans of the Armenian Genocide and the place where children and youth associations were formed. He stated that this reality depicts how the Armenian Church is interwoven with our cause and national values. His Holiness also prayed for the continued expansion and successful work of their mission.

MP Hagop Pakradouni and the chair of the AYF Junior Committee also gave speeches, while the Junior members offered a group of patriotic songs.
