On Tuesday morning, December 14^th, 2021, Rev. Prof. Dr. Ioan Sauca, the Acting General Secretary of the World Council of Churches, accompanied by Carla Khijoyan, the representative of the Holy See of Cilicia at the WCC and the Programme Executive for the Middle East at the WCC.

They discussed issues concerning the ecumenical movement and the WCC. In light of his rich experience in the ecumenical field and taking into consideration the current challenges, His Holiness Aram I made recommendations around the issues raised, as well as in regards to future projects.
