HIS HOLINESS ARAM I RECEIVES THE NEWLY APPOINTED COMMITTEE OF THE ARMENIAN DEMOCRATIC LIBERAL PARTY IN LEBANON

On Friday, August 7^th, 2020, His Holiness Catholicos Aram I received the newly appointed committee of the Armenian Democratic Liberal Party in Lebanon, headed by Avedis Dakessian.

The committee expressed their total solidarity with His Holiness’ recovery initiatives and his pontifical message, and briefed the Catholicos on future perspectives of the party.

In turn, Aram I commended the willingness of the committee to actively participate in the revival efforts of the Armenian Community in Lebanon, stressing that the recovery of the Lebanese Armenian community signifies pan-Armenian recovery and should happen in a pan-Armenian scale.

His Holiness Aram I also shed light on the importance of reorganization of the Armenian Democratic Liberal Party and expressed his support to the mission of the party.
