Antelias – 22 August 2015. After participating in the activities organized around the feast of the Assumption, the pilgrims returned to their homes spiritually renewed and inspired.

A week rich with lectures, meditations and prayers ended with the Holy Liturgy, presided over by His Holiness Aram I, on Saturday 15 August in the evening. His Eminence, Bishop Vahan Hovanessian, Prelate of Paris, celebrated the Holy Liturgy and the Catholicos gave the message of the day. He said that in the Armenian Church, Mary has a special place because of her virtuous life and its related moral values. He then invited the faithful to aspire towards achieving those values in their lives. His Holiness then thanked everyone who has contributed to the renovation of the monastery, the construction of the martyr’s complex and other buildings. He then assured everyone that the Catholicosate of Cilicia would carry on its mission to its children and accompany them under all circumstances.
