The Zavarian Students Association (ZSA) of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) marked the beginning of its 120th-anniversary celebrations with a visit to His Holiness Catholicos Aram I, seeking his pontifical blessings for their celebratory year, on Saturday, March 2^nd, 2024. Vatche Nadjarian, the ZSA representative on the ARF Central Committee, led the delegation.

This occasion provided the youth with a unique opportunity to engage in a conversation with His Holiness. On behalf of the ZSA’s members, the Chair, Sanahin Tomassian, expressed gratitude for the warm reception and the opportunity to share their vision with Catholicos Aram I. Moreover, she provided His Holiness with information regarding the events and projects planned for this anniversary.

His Holiness Catholicos Aram I warmly greeted the students, congratulating the association on reaching this significant milestone. Emphasizing the essential role of youth in the community, he highlighted their role as a bridge between generations. He also answered questions from the youth on a variety of important topics, including the Armenian Cause, Artsakh, Armenia, and the revitalization of the Armenian Diaspora.

A symbolic souvenir was presented to His Holiness at the conclusion of the meeting.
