On Friday morning, June 10th, 2022, His Holiness Catholicos Aram I received the Lebanese ambassador to the Vatican, Dr. Farid el-Khazen.
Dr. Khazen, who is in constant contact with the Catholicos, expressed the Vatican’s high respect for His Holiness and conveyed to him the greetings of high-ranking directors of various departments. He then updated His Holiness on the Vatican’s efforts following the meeting of Lebanese Christian leaders in the Vatican, a year ago.
In turn, His Holiness presented his evaluation of Lebanon following the elections, and, in this regard, he gave an overview on the viewpoints of the ambassadors visiting him.
