A delegation representing the Social Democrat Hunchag Party, headed by the chair of the Central Committee of the Party Dr. Hampig Sarafian, visited His Holiness Catholicos Aram I on Monday, January 24^th, 2022.

In attendance were also Alexan Keoshgerian–member of the Central Committee, Vanig Dakessian–representative of the Lebanon Regional Committee, and Aram Malian–chair of the Armenian Educational Benevolent Union.

During the meeting, they discussed pan-Armenian issues in light of recent unfolding events in Armenia and Artsakh, and underlined the imperative of strengthening Armenia-Diaspora relations and ensuring national unity.
