On Wednesday, January 29^th, 2020, Cardinal Kurt Koch, the President of the Pontifical Council for Promoting Christian Unity, visited His Holiness Aram I, and discussed matters pertaining the ecumenical movement. The meeting was also an opportunity to further strengthen the cooperation between the Catholicosate and the Vatican.
