On Thursday 12 September 2013, the committee of ACUSA met with His Holiness Aram I and presented their programme. After a brief discussion, the Catholicos complimented them on their mission as Armenian university students and encouraged them to motivate many more young students currently enrolled in universities. He informed them that many former ACUSA members were currently holding leadership positions in committees of the dioceses of the Catholicosate of Cilicia in the diaspora. In addition, two current ACUSA members are part of the delegation to the 10th Assembly of the World Council of Churches.
