In 2003, His Holiness Catholicos Aram I initiated a tradition of dedicating each year to a significant aspect of our collective lives. This year, the Catholicos has declared it the “Year of Human Resources Preparation.” On Sunday, January 14th, 2024, during the Divine Liturgy presided over by Catholicos Aram I, HE Arch. Shahan Sarkissian read excerpts from the proclamation.

These include the family, the church, the theological seminary, Armenian schools, Armenian organizations in all their forms, Armenian studies centers, the pedagogical center of the Catholicosate, and university studies accompanied by independent study.

At the conclusion of the declaration, His Holiness Aram I conveys practical directives, presents testimonials, and asserts the continuous readiness of the Holy See of Cilicia to actively contribute to the mission of preparing manpower.
