His Holiness Catholicos Aram I received a group of talented youth from Artsakh, who had arrived in Lebanon recently under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Artsakh and organized by the “JAH” (Javakhk, Artsakh, Armenia) Committee, and gave them his blessings, on Tuesday evening, April 5th, 2022,

His Holiness warmly greeted the brave children of Artsakh, who witnessed the forty-four-day war in 2020 and even now are subjected to war atrocities perpetrated by Azerbaijan, and expressed his joy for their strong willpower in resisting the enemy. In turn, the young artists used the language of art in expressing themselves and performed a collection of songs. The meeting ended with an exchange of souvenirs.

The children also visited the Armenian Theological Seminary and the Birds’ Nest Orphanage.
