The Armenian Church, Holy See of Cilicia strongly condemns the latest provocation attacks by the Azerbaijani regime which occurred earlier today, infringing the sovereignty of Armenia as well as causing a number of Armenian casualties and injuries.
Azerbaijan continues to neglect human rights while blatantly violating international law. With today’s provocation, the Azerbaijani regime deliberately breached the ongoing ceasefire agreement in place since November 2020.
The Holy See of Cilicia announces its full support to the Armenian forces while denouncing the tyrant Azerbaijani regime in its utmost fashion. The Great House of Cilicia calls on foreign leaders to help maintain peace in the region and end provocations by the oppressor, Azerbaijan.
