Antelias – 24 May 2014. On Saturday morning, Sheikh Kabbani and his close collaborators met with His Holiness Aram I in his office in Antelias.

The meeting was a follow-up to conversations they had in Bahrain during the International Conference on “All Civilizations in Service to Humanity,” 5-7 May 2014.

The two religious leaders expressed their concern about the presidential void following the end of President Suleiman’s term on 25 May, and they affirmed the importance of interreligious dialogue to counter the conflicts in the region.
