31 March 2014. On Monday the morning His Holiness Aram I accompanied by the Prelates of the Dioceses of Lebanon, Syria and Tehran, visited Patriarch-elect Mor Cyril Aphrem Karim at the Atchaneh Monastery in Lebanon.

During their conversation they discussed the centuries-old relationship between the two churches and the urgency of continuing to work together in the Middle East.
