His Holiness Catholicos Aram I Meets with Representatives of Community Organizations in Providence

On Saturday, October 5th, 2024, His Holiness Catholicos Aram I held a series of meetings at the Church of Saints Vartanants in Providence with various church bodies, including the Diocesan Executive Council, Board of Trustees, Women’s Auxiliary, Armenian school staff, as well as sister organizations such as AYF, the Hamazkayin Educational and Cultural Society, the Armenian Red Cross Society, and local youth organizations.

During the discussions, His Holiness stressed the importance of revitalizing the community in line with his call to reorganize the Diaspora. He urged a departure from outdated mindsets, highlighting the need to adapt to significant societal changes while remaining anchored in the values and traditions that define the Armenian identity.

Consequently, His Holiness addressed questions from attendees.

Following this, His Holiness had the opportunity to meet with students at the Saturday school and visit the National Museum in Providence. He also participated in a dinner organized by the community.
