The Armenian Theological Seminary Concluded its 2023-2024 Academic Year with a Divine Liturgy and a Special Ceremony

On the occasion of the conclusion of the 2023-2024 academic year at the Armenian Theological Seminary, a Divine Liturgy was celebrated by the dean, V. Rev. Fr. Barouyr Shernezian, at St. Gregory the Illuminator Cathedral in Antelias, and a special ceremony was held in the Main Atrium of the Catholicosate, presided over by His Holiness Catholicos Aram I.

During the ceremony, Deacon Souren Yeghyayan, representing the graduating class, delivered the opening remarks, expressing deep gratitude to the Seminary’s big family as they leave to serve the church and its people. The ceremony also included the recitation of poems and songs. The dean gave a brief address before inviting His Holiness for the pontifical speech.

In his speech, His Holiness Catholicos Aram I highlighted the Seminary’s mission in preparing servant leaders for the community and urged the students to renew their commitment to this mission. He concluded by expressing profound appreciation for the efforts of the dean, teachers, friends, and benefactors in the successful conclusion of the academic year, and thanked God for His countless blessings.
