On Tuesday, June 11th, 2024, His Holiness Catholicos Aram I departed for a one-day visit to the Vatican, where he will deliver a lecture at the Pontifical Oriental Institute, as well as meet with His Holiness Pope Francis, the Secretary for Relations with States, the President of Dicastery for Promoting Christian Unity, and the Prefect of the Congregation for the Oriental Churches.
His Holiness is accompanied by V. rev. Fr. Sarkis Aprahamian, officer of the Middle Eastern section of the Ecumenical and Inter-religious Relations Department.
