On behalf of the Catholicosate of Cilicia, the Prelate of Lebanon H.E. Archbishop Shahe Panossian and Vicar of Venezuela H.E. Archbishop Gomidas Ohanian participated in the inauguration ceremony of the Armenian Catholic Patriarch His Beatitude Raphaël Bedros XXI, held at Saint Elias and Saint Gregory the Illuminator Cathedral, on Sunday morning, October 24th, 2021.
Following Pope Francis’ speech, Arch. Shahe read His Holiness Aram I’s congratulatory speech, where the Catholicos welcomed the election of the Patriarch with fraternal love and expressed hope for continued and furthered cooperation.
