On Thursday, April 29th, 2021, Samy Gemayel, Leader of Lebanese Kataeb Party, alongside his entourage met with His Holiness Aram I, Catholicos of the Great House of Cilicia. Present also at the hour-long meeting was ARF Member of Parliament, Hagop Pakradounian.

 

On behalf of the Kataeb Party, Mr. Gemayel highly commended the US Government’s recent recognition of the Armenian Genocide. During the meeting, both sides discussed the challenges and crises facing Lebanon, as well as the negative role of Turkey in the Arab world.

 

Following the meeting, Mr. Gemayel and his counterparts visited the Holy Martyrs Temple as well as the “Cilicia” Museum.
