HIS HOLINESS ARAM I MEETS WITH THE SEMINARY STUDENTS FOR A PATERNAL MESSAGE

On September 7th, 2020, His Holiness Aram I paid a visit to the Armenian Theological Seminary, and addressed the students with his paternal message, where he reemphasized the mission of the Seminary which, besides education, includes formation of persons dedicated to serving God and the people. He stated that the Seminary graduates are fully equipped to devote their lives to the church and its people.

 

His Holiness expressed his content and joy that with the blessing of God, the Seminary remained safe from the coronavirus pandemic and the classes were held on a regular basis throughout the academic year, despite the financial crisis in Lebanon. He also informed that 2020-2021 school year will start in October with the anticipation of many prospective students from various Armenian Diaspora communities.

 

Finally, the Catholicos commended the former administratopn for their dedication: V. Rev. Fr. Boghos Tinkjian (Dean), V. Rev. Dadjad Ashekian, V. Rev. Fr. Zaven Najarian and V. Rev. Oshin Tchvalertanian, and welcomed the new members HG Bishop Meghrik Parikian (Dean), V. Rev. Fr. Kevork Karageozian and V. Rev. Fr. Hagop Yacoubian.
