On Tuesday, April 28th, 2020, a meeting took place with the Cilician Brotherhood members residing in Antelias, presided over by His Holiness Aram I.

The meeting commenced with the Lord’s Prayer, after which the Catholicos briefly outlined the current situation of the world due to the Coronavirus outbreak, and focused on the Armenian Communities worldwide. In this regard, he underlined the services carried out by the prelacies of the Catholicosate of Cilicia and commended the works carried out by the prelates, priests, executive councils, organizations and associations, and of all those who provide moral and financial support to the Armenian Communities, as well as briefly presented the humanitarian aids carried out by the Catholicosate of Cilicia in Antelias.

Aram I also expressed his appreciation to the Cilician Brothers residing in Antelias for their active involvement in church mission and community service through spiritual and intellectual activities. In this regard, he expressed joy over the fact that a large number of faithful follows the broadcasts of the Catholicosate through the latter’s online Cilicia TV channel.
