On Tuesday, March 24^th, His Holiness Aram I had a telephone conversation with Noubar Afeyan and expressed his highest appreciation to him. Mr. Afeyan’s biotech company is working tirelessly to find the coronavirus vaccine.

Mr. Afeyan explained in details the work of his company which the Catholicos considered to be a universal mission.

It is worth mentioning that Mr. Noubar Afeyan is one of the co-founders of Aurora Prize for Awakening the Humanity. Growing up in Beirut, Lebanon, he has been a member of the choir of the St. Nishan Armenian Church. In Boston, he has served as chairperson of Boston’s Armenian school and at the same time has been the benefactor of the kindergarten of the same school.
