On Tuesday, January 14th, 2020, His Holiness Aram I paid a visit to the Zvartnots Center for Special Education and Rehabilitation, in Bourdj Hamoud, toured the various departments of the Center and spent time with the students.
After getting briefed of the Centerās activities, His Holiness expressed his commend for their efforts and called upon members and organizations of the community to contribute financially in the improvement of the Center. Ā Ā
Note that the Zvartnots Center for children with special needs was founded 33 years ago. Equipped with the latest facilities, the Center has its principal: Ms. Varty Kevorkian, as well as its Board of Trustees and professional educators.
Currently, 38 special needs students are enrolled in Zvartnotsā program.
Its worth mentioning that the Mayor of Bourdj Hammoud Mardig Boghossian and the Board of Trustees were present during the Catholicosā visit.
