On the evening of Friday, June 28th, during his one-day-visit to Cyprus, His Holiness Aram I conducted a work meeting with Archbishop Khoren Doghramadjian, the Pontifical Vicar of Cyprus, the Diocesan National Representative Assembly and the Diocesan Executive Council.

After hearing their reports, His Holiness commended the work of the prelacy, as well as the prelacy’s relationship with the state and the different community organizations. He stressed the importance of keeping the harmony in working and collaborating with the different community institutions, and reminded them that the Catholicosate of Cilicia is always ready to assist them.

In the evening, a dinner was organized in the honor of the Catholicos. There, he delivered his pontifical speech and underlined the imperative of intertwining the spiritual and moral values and priorities of the community with that of the mission of the church.
