On Wednesday, March 27^th, His Holiness Aram I received representatives of the three Armenian political parties in Lebanon: the Social Democrat Hunchagian Party, the Armenian Revolutionary Party and the Armenian Democratic Liberal Party, who briefed His Holiness about their consultative meeting held the previous day regarding the commemoration of the Armenian Genocide.

In turn, His Holiness commended the collaboration between the three political parties and wished that this is also translated in Armenian Communities across the globe. Talking about the commemoration events of the Armenian Genocide, His Holiness gave his blessing and expressed his support for the event, underlining the importance of mass participation in the commemoration of the victims as well as demanding restitution.
