On Saturday, March 23rd, 2019, His Holiness Aram I received Archimandrite Jack Yacoub, Representative of His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II, and Vartkes Mahdessian, the representative of the Armenian Community in the Cyprus House of Representatives, respectively.

The first meeting was an opportunity to talk about the centuries-old friendship between the Armenian and Syriac Orthodox churches and on how to deepen the collaboration between the two churches.
