The “Cilicia Village” was inaugurated on 8 May in Artzakh. A delegation composed of the members of the Executive and Central Councils of the National General Assembly represented the Catholicosate of Cilicia. After consultation between His Holiness Aram I and the authorities of Artzakh, it was decided to give first choice of the completed houses to the families of the martyrs of the war of independence.
