23 January 2017. On Tuesday morning Archbishop Sayah visited Catholicos Aram I in Antelias. The Archbishop transmitted his good wishes for Christmas and said that His Holiness’ recent visit to Syria had inspired hope to Armenians in Syria and to all Christian communities. After His Holiness shared his reflections on his pastoral visit, he and Archbishop Paul discussed the forthcoming meeting of the spiritual leaders and the situation in Lebanon. The Catholicos expressed his hope that with the election of a president in Lebanon, economic prosperity would soon follow.
