26 December 2016. On Monday Ambassador Dikran Kevorkian briefed his Holiness on the recent developments in Aleppo. The Catholicos praised the ambassador’s decision to remain in Aleppo and his efforts to aid the spiritual and lay leadership of the Armenian Community. He also praised the Republic of Armenia for its humanitarian assistance to the Armenian community in Aleppo.
