In the week of week of 15-21 February, 2016, His Holiness Aram I presided over the meeting of the Committee chaired by Mr Yervant Pamboukian. The members of the Committee who attended the meeting were, Messrs. Shahan Kandaharian, Guiro Manoyan, Khatchik Der Ghougassian and Khatchik Dedeyan, Chancellor of the Catholicosate. Professor Ashod Melkonian had sent his regrets.

The committee selected for publication new manuscripts on the historical, political and legal aspects of the Armenian Cause both in Armenian and English. It decided, first, to continue its publication policy, concerning historical and political aspects of the Cause in different languages; Second, give priority to new research and doctoral dissertations on the legal aspects of the Cause; Third, to prepare a bibliography and catalogue of all publications on the topic.

The recent publication of Khatchik Babikian Fund ‘Legal Avenues for Armenian Genocide Reparations”, is a collection of documents for the legal pursuit of the Armenian Genocide.
