“ՄԻՋԱԶԳԱՅԻՆ ՔՐԷԱԿԱՆ ՕՐԷՆՔԻ ՊԱՐԲԵՐԱԹԵՐԹ”Ը “INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL LAW REVIEW”Ն ԲԱՑԱՌԻԿ ԹԻՒ ՄԸ ԿԸ ՅԱՏԿԱՑՆԷ ԱՆԹԻԼԻԱՍԻ ՄԱՅՐԱՎԱՆՔԻՆ ՄԷՋ ՏԵՂԻ ՈՒՆԵՑԱԾ ՀԱՄԱԳՈՒՄԱՐԻՆ

“International Criminal Law Review”ն, 2014 թուականին բացառիկ թիւ մը յատկացուցած է Անթիլիասի Մայրավանքէն ներս տեղի ունեցած Հայ Դատին նուիրուած համագումարին։

 

Յայտնենք, որ 23-25 Փետրուար 2012-ին, Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Արամ Ա. Կաթողիկոսի հրաւէրով ու նախագահութեամբ, Անթիլիասի Մայրավանքէն ներս տեղի ունեցած էր միջազգային համագումար մը՝ Հայոց Ցեղասպանութեան նուիրուած “Ճանաչումէ դէպի հատուցում” թեմայով։ Համագումարին մասնակցած էին աւելի քան երեսուն միջազգային օրէնքի ու ցեղասպանութեան օտար մասնագէտներ։ Համագումարի կազմակերպման մէջ կարեւոր դեր էր ունեցած Լիբանանեան համալսարանի միջազգային օրէնքի դասախօս Դոկտ. Նորա Պայրագտարեան։

 

Վերոյիշեալ հատորը կը ներառնէ համագումարին ներկայացուած բոլոր դասախօսութիւնները։ Ներածականը գրուած է Վեհափառ Հայրապետին կողմէ. իսկ հատորը խմբագրուած է Հայոց Ցեղասպանութեան մասնագէտներէն Henry Theriault-ի կողմէ։ “International Criminal Law Review”-ն միջազգային ճանաչում վայելող հրատարակութիւն մըն է։ Հետեւաբար, յիշեալ հրատարակութիւնը Հայոց Ցեղասպանութեան 100-ամեակին առիթով, մեծ հետաքրքրութիւն կրնայ յառաջացնել միջազգային օրէնքով ու ցեղասպանութեամբ զբաղող շրջանակներէն ներս։
