His Holiness Aram I sends a letter of congratulation to Mr. Arayik Harutyunyan on his election as president of the Republic of Artsakh.

In his letter, the Catholicos has stated that the strengthening of Artsakh and its army, as well as the development of its economy have always been a committed priority for the Holy See, adding that the commitment has turned into action through various programs implemented either directly by the Catholicosate or through its prelacies, and has ensured to continue with the same spirit.
