On October 8th, 2019, the Armenian Ambassador to Lebanon Vahagn Atabekyan visited His Holiness Aram I and delivered him a letter on behalf of the President of the Artsakh Republic Pako Sahakian. The meeting was also an opportunity totalk about the current phase of Armenia-Diaspora relations.
