On November 4th, 2018, His Holiness Aram I received the Armenian Catholic Patriarch Krikor Bedros XX Ghabroyan, accompanied by Bishop Kevork Assadourian, the Vicar General of the Armenian Catholic Patriarchate in Lebanon, Bishop Manuel Batakian and V. Rev. Sebouh Garabedian. Present at the meeting were also Archbishop Nareg Alemezian, the Prelate of the Diocese of Lebanon, Bishop Magar Ashkarian and V. Rev. Bedros Manuelian.

The aim of the visit was to congratulate His Holiness Aram I on his 50th anniversary of ordination to priesthood.

During the meeting, they also discussed issues pertaining Armenia-Diaspora relations and the current situation in Lebanon, as well as Catholicosate of Cilicia and Armenian Catholic Church cooperation.
