On September 2nd, 2018, His Holiness Aram I received Vahram Balayan, the Vice-President of National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh, accompanied by the Armenian National Committee of Lebanon at St. Mary’s Monastery in Bikfaya.
The guests participated in the Divine Liturgy at St. Mary’s chapel and then met with His Holiness. They discussed the current situation in Artsakh and the challenges it faces, and talked about the accomplishments.
