3 July 2013. On Tuesday morning, Mr Sarkis Yoghourtjian, an official of the US Federal Reserve Board, met with His Holiness Aram I in Bikfaya. Their conversation focused mainly on Armenia-Diaspora relations and the contribution of Mr Yoghourtjian, as an assistant director of the Division of Banking Supervision and Regulation, to the reorganization of the banking system in Armenia after its independence.
