Upon the encouragement of His Holiness Aram I, the Armenian Studies Department of the Catholicosate of Cilicia organized the fourth annual schools competition from 2 March to 7 April in Antelias. Once more, 115 students from 14 Tertiary and 10 Secondary Armenian Schools in Lebanon participated. The competition covered the following disciplines: Armenian language and literature, Armenian History, Armenia cultural and religious studies and poetry recitation. The awards will be announced at a later date.
